Quite often, we use this blog to highlight the best of Atlanta’s exciting events, to give you ideas for where to go and what to do on the weekends to enjoy all that our city has to offer. Sometimes we also highlight a certain neighborhood and tell you about the delicious food being served up in their local pubs and restaurants, or we tell you about a great new brewery or coffee house opening up with freshly brewed local beer or roasted-in-house beans. But right now, the events that make our weekends so fun are postponed or cancelled, and some of our favorite restaurants are facing uncertain futures as their patrons follow guidelines to stay home and maintain the social distancing necessary to keep our city healthy.
So, today, instead of weekend events, we would like to spread the word about some of Atlanta’s best dining outposts who are offering special menus, services and hours while we all work together to flatten the curve. For each restaurant, we are posting their own message to customers, along with their contact information and links to their websites where you can find out more information about how they are operating during these topsy-turvy times. If you love these restaurants as much as we do, keep in mind that the best thing you can do for their staff, owners and their place in the community is support them with your continued business.

Created to support our community and restaurant staff during this time of uncertainty, we are launching Hampton + Hudson General Store, an online store offering food and necessities for pick-up and delivery.
From 12-8 pm daily, you can place orders in our online shop for items such as toilet paper, soap, paper towels, milk, eggs, local farmer boxes with fresh produce and recipes, and more.
Our elevated pub food will also be available for pick-up and delivery as well as family meals serving four to six people. Advance and repeating orders can be arranged by emailing events@hamptonandhudson.com.

We were excited to introduce our Spring Menu to the neighborhood this week, but in light of the rapidly changing COVID-19 situation, our restaurant is currently closed to dine-in guests. The well-being of our staff, loyal patrons, and neighbors is our top priority, and our sympathies go out to anyone effected by this tragedy.

Starting this Wednesday, we will bring some of the great items from our new menu, along with some Pour classics, to you at home – available for pickup and delivery. Strange Taco Bar
In an effort to preserve the health of our team and community, we have made the decision to close our dining room effective Tuesday, 3/17 until further notice.
Don’t fret! With a few adjustments, you will still be able to get your taco fix with take-out, curbside pick-up, and delivery orders. Our temporary hours will be 11am-8pm daily.
To-go orders can be called in or ordered online. If you would like to avoid coming inside please park in our parking lot, and give us a buzz when you arrive. Delivery can be ordered through UberEats.

Along with its physical symptoms and effects, the Coronavirus (COVID-19) has brought all of us a very challenging level of anxiety and stress in which with all of us are compelled to cope. During these times it is paramount that our community stand together and face this uncertainty.
For well over a decade our restaurants have been a pillar for the community on many levels. We will continue to serve you all in this capacity; nourish you and provide solace and comfort where and when we can.
Our dining rooms and bars are currently closed for business, but we have curated a series of take-out options for all of our restaurants and we plan on maintaining these amenities for as long as this current set of circumstances demands.
