Our Own Brookhaven Pub Crawl!

Amber RandhawaWhat's Happening Around Atlanta

The young city of Brookhaven is an exciting mix of urban convenience and suburban charm, with a gorgeous array of historic neighborhoods and modern townhome developments attracting young families and professionals. Brookhaven is also home to many fantastic restaurants and watering holes, so we at BrownDaniel have compiled a list of our favorites places to grab an after work beer or watch the big game. We like to think of this list as the roster we would pick for our own ultimate Brookhaven Pub Crawl!

Kaleidoscope Bistro & Pub

Tucked into a corner of Brookhaven Village, Kaleidoscope is the kind of bar you can go to every night of the week and have a completely different, delicious meal. They excel at Southern stables like fried chicken, while also scoring a home run on more exotic dishes like their samosas and schnitzel. The weekend brunch featuring bottomless mimosas, and the dog-friendly patio are more reasons that we think Kaleidoscope is one of Brookhaven’s best neighborhood hangouts.

Kaleidoscope Bistro & Pub

Eat This: The Kaleidoscope Burger, Buttermilk Fried Chicken, or watch Facebook to be notified of their inventive daily specials.
Drink That: Beer. The rotating craft beer list is an exciting collection of the best brews Atlanta and the southeast have to offer.

There Brookhaven

With a regularly changing menu and frequent daily specials and surprises, There has elevated bar food to an artform. Ingredients are locally sourced where possible, and many come from There’s own organic garden, located just down the road – it doesn’t get more local than that!

There Brookhaven
Where: 305 Brookhaven Avenue, #1200, Atlanta, GA 30319
Eat This: There Burger with cheddar fondue, or go on Wednesday for the Lobster Roll daily special
Drink That: Atlanta’s Best Bloody Mary, served during weekend brunch

Hudson Grille

With locations across the city, Hudson Grille has rightfully proclaimed itself “Atlanta’s Best Sports Bar.” You’ll find all your favorite bar food staples, from wings to burgers to street tacos.  Watch for game day specials whenever any major sporting event is on, and the daily specials for VIP Members.

Hudson Grille
Where: 4046 Peachtree Road, Atlanta, GA 30319
Eat This: Wings – try the Coca Cola flavor for something sweet and tangy, or the Ghost-Pepper Insanity sauce if you’re feeling brave!
Drink That: The $5 cocktails are a hit, but we specifically love the Blueberry Lemon Drop and The ATL.

Lucky’s Burger & Brew

Lucky’s started in Roswell in 2010, but with such great food and relaxed vibe, their popularity soon spread to an Emory Village and Brookhaven location.  We love Lucky’s for their burgers of course (voted best burger in Atlanta), weekly trivia night, and for their extensive beer list.

Lucky’s Burger & Brew
Where: 305 Brookhaven Avenue, #1250, Atlanta, GA 30319
Eat This: A burger of course!  But we specifically recommend the Georgia Dawg Pounder.
Drink That: A local brew from Atlanta favorites like Three Taverns, Jekyll or Wild Heaven

The Bat and Ball Pub

If an authentic British pub feel is more your cup of tea, The Bat and Ball is the place to be! Brookhaven’s outpost of the Dunwoody Restaurant Group, The Bat and Ball Pub is the local spot for all things Irish and British. The name comes from the explanation of how cricket is played, but you’ll enjoy watching all types of sports in this cozy bar.

The Bat and Ball Pub
Where: 2150 Johnson Ferry Road NE, Suite B, Atlanta, GA 30319
Eat This: The traditional Fish ‘n’ Chips can’t be beat.
