Asford Park Elementary School March Milestones Madness Month

Recently BrownDaniel had the honor of spreading some “cheer” to the students at Brookhaven’s Ashford Park Elementary School in honor of their March Milestones Madness month. Throughout the month of March, Ashford Park held spirit days each Friday as they prepared their 3rd, 4th and 5th graders for the Georgia Milestones, a statewide standardized assessment given in April. Hat Day, Jeans and Green Day and Jersey Day culminated in a pep rally with dance competitions and a special performance by Chamblee Charter High School’s band and cheerleaders!

Known as “Brookhaven’s Great Little Secret,” Ashford Park is an AdvancED Nationally Accredited STEM School and home to the first German Dual Immersion Program in the State of Georgia. BrownDaniel is proud to have provided the students with pompoms to put them even more in the celebration spirit! Congratulations to all of these students, and their dedicated teachers, on their commitment to continued excellence in learning!

Addie Bartlett has been working with me since May 2021 to find a condo in the Sandy Springs area. She was very patient with me as I had not yet sold my home. My experience with the Brown Daniel group and most notably my agent Aziz Izmour made 2020 turn out to be a phenomenal year. I never thought I would buy and sell a home during a global pandemic, but the option of listing the home vacant certainly made me feel the most comfortable. I learned quickly that Aziz strives to make his client feel comfortable first and foremost, while giving stellar advice. He quickly gained my trust and admiration for his skill and knowledge. Nicholas was introduced to me by my builder as someone who could help me find a lot for a new construction home.Nicholas did a fantastic job and helped us secure an awesome lot for our build.There are a few things that really set Nicholas apart:1) He really knows the geography and the technical aspects of lot selection. We were looking around Chastain and he could tell me which lots have issues with drainage because of the water flow around the hills, and which lots would cause issues with house placement, etc. He was very familiar with the building code, set backs, etc. and the implications of those for whether it would support our plan.2) He understands the market and could advise us on how to build in a way that would create value.
