A favorite festival for car lovers of all kinds, the Atlanta International Auto Show returns March 20-24, bringing hundreds of new cars, light trucks, vans, and sport utility vehicles to the Georgia World Congress Center! Classic, muscle and exotic cars will also be on display at the Caffeine and Octane exhibit. This is the largest event held annually at the Word Congress Center, and one of the largest auto shows in the nation. Hundreds of vehicles will be on site, including many pre-production prototypes. This is a great family-friendly event, and will include a special appearance from Marvel’s Black Panther!

My experience with the Brown Daniel group and most notably my agent Aziz Izmour made 2020 turn out to be a phenomenal year. I never thought I would buy and sell a home during a global pandemic, but the option of listing the home vacant certainly made me feel the most comfortable. I learned quickly that Aziz strives to make his client feel comfortable first and foremost, while giving stellar advice. He quickly gained my trust and admiration for his skill and knowledge. He is extremely adept regarding area growth/development and even construction. He’s really a jack of all trades! Although the process itself was an emotional rollercoaster some days, Aziz kept it fun, exciting and kept me encouraged. Nicholas was introduced to me by my builder as someone who could help me find a lot for a new construction home.Nicholas did a fantastic job and helped us secure an awesome lot for our build.There are a few things that really set Nicholas apart:1) He really knows the geography and the technical aspects of lot selection. We were looking around Chastain and he could tell me which lots have issues with drainage because of the water flow around the hills, and which lots would cause issues with house placement, etc. He was very familiar with the building code, set backs, etc. and the implications of those for whether it would support our plan.2) He understands the market and could advise us on how to build in a way that would create value.
